My Journey 5.0

To anyone who has a dream, no matter how big or small, I say this: chase it. Don’t let fear or doubt stop you. Just like riding a dirt bike, it might be scary at first, but the view from the top—from the place where you’re doing what you love— is worth every fall, every hard day, every moment of effort.   And for me? I’ll keep riding, keep dreaming, keep chasing that dust and freedom. Because one day, I know I’ll be out there on the track, living my motocross dream to the fullest.

My Journey 4.0

The road to making this dream come true isn’t easy. There are days when my muscles ache from hours of practice, when I crash and feel frustrated, when I wonder if I’m good enough. But every time I get back on the bike, I remember why I started. Motocross has taught me resilience, patience, and self-belief. It’s shown me that failure isn’t the end—it’s just a chance to learn, to grow, to try again.   Right now, I’m taking it one step at a time. I’m practicing every chance I get, working on my skills, saving up for better gear, and surrounding myself with people who support my dream. I know there will be challenges ahead, but I’m ready to face them. Because this isn’t just a hobby—it’s a part of who I am.

My Journey 3.0

My motocross dream isn’t just about winning races or standing on a podium (though that would be amazing). It’s about the journey. It’s about waking up early on weekends, loading up the bike, and heading to the track as the sun rises, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink. It’s about the feel of wind in my face as I fly over a jump, the rush of adrenaline as I navigate a tight turn, the satisfaction of nailing a maneuver I’ve been practicing for weeks. It’s about the community, too— the other riders who cheer you on when you succeed, who help you up when you fall, who share tips and stories and a love for the sport that binds us all together.

My Journey 2.0

My Motocross Dream: Chasing Dust and Freedom I still remember the first time I sat on a dirt bike. My hands gripped the handlebars, my feet found the pegs, and as I turned the key and heard the engine sputter to life, a wave of excitement washed over me. I didn’t know how to shift gears properly, I was nervous about falling, but none of that mattered. In that moment, I felt a connection to something bigger—something that demanded focus, courage, and passion. I rode slowly that day, just around a small patch of dirt, but by the time I turned off the engine, I knew: this was what I wanted to do with my life.

My Journey 1.0

My Motocross Dream: Chasing Dust and Freedom   There’s something about the roar of an engine that makes my heart race faster than any rollercoaster. It’s not just noise—it’s a call, a promise of adventure, of pushing limits, of feeling truly alive. That call led me to fall in love with motocross, and it’s what fuels my biggest dream: to not just ride, but to master this wild, beautiful sport, and to share the joy it brings with everyone who’ll listen.

Mastering the Mud: Inside Mel Aquino’s Yamaha Off-Road Training Camp If you think you know how to ride because you can navigate city traffic, Coach Mel Aquino might have a muddy surprise for you. As the founder of the Motorcycle Riding School Philippines, Mel Aquino—a legendary national motocross and road racing champion—has turned his decades of competitive experience into the country’s premier destination for off-road mastery. Why Go Off-Road? It’s not just about the adrenaline. Coach Mel’s philosophy is built on safety riding standards. Learning to handle a bike on unpredictable terrain like mud, gravel, and ruts actually makes you a safer rider on the road. If you can control a sliding rear tire in the dirt, you’re far better equipped to handle an emergency on wet asphalt. Disclaimer: Photo by MOTOPINAS.COM via Facebook.
